Here is your new challenge:
Creating and maintaining delivery schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts
Monitoring order processing and ensuring on-time delivery
Analysing supply and demand, identifying gaps and proposing feasible solutions
Identifying potential risks (e.g. material shortages, capacity constraints, fluctuations in demand) and promoting timely solutions
Coordinating communication with customers, head office and the warehouse to fulfil customer call-offs
Continuously improving planning processes, tools and data accuracy

What will impress us:
A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics (specialising in Supply Chain Management is desirable)
Initial professional experience in the areas described above, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of the following areas: supply chain management, transport, customs or operational shop floor processes
Understanding of supply chain planning processes and planning tools
Proficiency in SAP and knowledge of other analysis and optimisation tools
Fluency in spoken and written German and English; Knowledge of Chinese is desirable
